Herbal sleep tea

Ingredients

  1. Cinnamon 3 sticks
  2. Allspice 1 tablespoon
  3. Cloves 1 tablespoon
  4. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  5. Laurel leaves 15 pieces
  6. Ginger root slice 5 centimeters
  7. Water 10 cups
  8. Milk to taste (for serving)

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Do not crumble them. But cut the ginger root into small pieces.

Step 2: brew herbal tea for sleeping.


Put all the spices in the pan, fill with water, cover and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil, boil 2-3 minutes, then turn down the heat to a minimum.
Without removing the lid, allow the drink to simmer on the smallest fire for 2-3 hours.
