This bacon-wrapped minced meat roll wrapped in bacon is suitable for both cold and hot snacks, along with a puree or a natural potato.

We leave it to temper in the tray in which it was baked, after which we take it out and let it drain. Cut into slices and serve. It can be served both cold and hot with a garnish of potatoes or rice and a pickle salad, but it goes just as well with a fresh cabbage salad!

Simpler and faster than that! But I don't hold you back, not the other way around, but my roll has tempered and I can't wait! So I wish you good work and good appetite!
