Pear Fritters with Cocoa

Ingredients for making pear fritters with cocoa

  7. Wheat flour 10-12 tablespoons

Cooking:

Rinse the pears, peel, seeds and twigs. Grate the fruit on a medium grater. Send the grated pulp of pears into a deep plate.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, put a dough for fritters in a tablespoon and fry over medium heat until cooked. That is, until the mass grasps, and on the sides of the pancakes, a crispy crust does not form.
Blot the prepared pancakes with towels after frying to remove excess oil.
