Ingredients for Cooking Salmon in Puff Pastry
- Salmon fillet 1 piece
- Puff pastry optional (depending on filet size)
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic to taste
- Bulgarian pepper 1/3 pieces
- Cream cheese 2 triangles
- Fresh dill to taste
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste

Kitchen knife, baking tray, plate, fork.
Step 1: prepare the fillet.
Cut the salmon fillet with a knife from the skin, wipe with towels, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in lemon juice. And let the fish stand for a while, pickle a little at room temperature, and at the same time you prepare the filling.
Step 2: prepare the filling.
Cut the dill very finely, and grate the garlic.
Pour the cheese with lemon juice, add dill and salt, if necessary, as well as grated garlic, and mash the mass with a fork, turning everything into a homogeneous mixture.
Chop the bell pepper into cubes.
