Ingredients for Cooking Radish Chill
- Butterhead Salad 1 Head
- Radish 200 grams
- Dill 1 small bunch
- Kefir 1 liter
- Salt to taste

Step 1: chop the salad.
Rinse the lettuce leaves and cut them into small pieces. Add salt and mix well with your hands. Leave the salad with salt to stand a little, so that the leaves become softer and settle a little in the plate.
Step 2: chop the radish.
While the salad is standing, prepare the radish by washing it and cutting into small cubes.
