Ingredients
SALAD:
- Boiled chicken heart 200 g
- Boiled potatoes 3-4 pcs.
- Boiled egg 3 pcs.
- Cooked Beans 200 g
- Bulgarian pepper 0.5 pcs.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt, black pepper to taste
FILLING:
- Mayonnaise 100 g
- Mustard with grains 1 tsp.
- Garlic 2 tooth.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l
- Main ingredients: Potato, Cucumber, Pepper, Lemon, Greens
Inventory:
knife, grater, cutting board
Cooking:
Boiled potatoes, eggs and hearts in advance, cut into medium-sized cubes. Separate previously one egg white. It will be needed to decorate the dish.
Cut the pepper and cucumber in the same cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
If you have canned beans, rinse with boiled water.
Prepare dressing by mixing mayonnaise, garlic, mustard with grains and lemon juice.
Before serving, add dressing and mix. Salt, pepper and mix again.
Put salad on plates. Grate the egg white and put on top of the salad.
Finely chop the dill and put in a circle. The result was an imitation of snow and needles.
