  1. Sweet pepper (small) 7-8 pcs.
  2. Cream cheese 140 g
  3. Emmental cheese 100 g
  4. Smoked bacon 100 g
  5. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  6. Green onions 4-5 feathers
  • Main ingredients: Onion, Pepper, Cheese
  • Serving 4 servings

Step 1: prepare the filling.

Peppers lengthwise cut in half, clean the seeds, rinse, dry. Dice 50 g of bacon, grate emmental cheese, chop green onions with rings.

Mix in a bowl 80 g of emmental, cream cheese, chopped bacon, chili and green onions. Stir until smooth.

Step 2: stuff the peppers with cheese.

Fill the peppers with cheese, sprinkle the remaining emmental on top. Cut thin slices of bacon into long strips and wrap halves of peppers in them.

Step 3: bake pepper with cheese.

Put the peppers in a parchment-lined baking pan.

Send to preheated until 220 degrees oven on 15-20 minutesuntil the cheese is melted and the bacon is browned.

Step 4: serve the pepper baked with cheese.

Serve the peppers baked with cheese warm, you can add them with chili sauce or sweet chili.
