  9. Vegetable oil 150 g
  10. Peanuts 50 g
  • Main Ingredients Chicken
  • Serving 2 servings

Inventory:

frying pan, spatula, knife, plate, paper towels

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Sichuan pepper is sold in Chinese stores or can be ordered online. Nothing will replace him.

Wash the wings, dry.

Peanuts need fresh, peeled.

Cut chicken wings into joints into small pieces.
Salt, sprinkle with ground ginger, white pepper and pour soy sauce.

Stir and refrigerate on 20 minutes.

Step 2: heat the spices.

Heat oil in a wok or in a deep frying pan and throw Sichuan pepper into it (be careful).

Then add the pods of pepper. Fry them quickly, so they will convey all the spice and pungency to the oil. And then, when the pepper is gilded, remove it from the pan.

Step 3: fry Sichuan chicken wings.

And immediately put the chicken wings in hot butter. Turning carefully, fry the wings until golden brown.

And when the wings are ready, add the pepper back to them.

Add peanuts, mix and cook for 1 minutes.
Then remove the peanut wings on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Step 4: serve Sichuan chicken wings.

On paper towels and serve the wings. Eat them hot as a snack.
Enjoy your meal!
