Avocado and Banana Dessert

1. Avocado and Banana Dessert

Beat the peeled avocados with a banana in a homogeneous mass.

2. Sweets from nuts and dried fruits

Using a blender, grind walnuts and meaty prunes (), if the prunes are dry, pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes. I interrupt everything rather finely, but not into a homogeneous mass, but so that small pieces remain. Dried cherries cut into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together. It should be a plastic mass. To crush the almond petals, chop by hand. Form balls from the prepared mass, roll in almond petals and press with your hands so that they do not crumble. Fill the silicone ice mold with the remaining mass, send the mold with sweets to the freezer for 20-30 minutes, so that it can be conveniently removed.

Mix all ingredients with a hand whisk.

I lay puff pastry next to each other on a baking sheet lined with foil. Spread the filling on top with a non-thick layer over the entire surface.

Top with the same sheets of puff pastry. Grease with yolk shaken with 1 tbsp. milk. Cut across into strips, 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts in a blender mixed with sugar to taste. Make the sides of the foil so that the filling does not leak out and does not stick.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 * C until cooked.
