Cut the zucchini into large pieces, after peeling off the skin, if it’s old, remove the tail and cut off the top a little. Rub the pieces of zucchini on a medium grater into a convenient container, add a little salt to taste and set aside for 15 minutes so that the zucchini highlights juice, which is then drained. We break 2 chicken eggs into a zucchini container. Add about 10 tablespoons of flour, mix all the ingredients in a common container until smooth, and set aside to produce gluten.
