Pineapple, raspberry and grapefruit smoothie

Ingredients for making smoothies with pineapple, raspberries and grapefruit.

  1. Pineapple (fresh) 1/4 pieces
  2. Grapefruit 1 piece
  3. Lemon 1 piece
  4. Fresh raspberries 150 grams
  5. Honey 2 teaspoons (or more to taste)
  6. Ice a few cubes

Blender, kitchen knife, cutting board, glasses for serving, juicer.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare fruits and raspberries.


Wash the raspberries and leave to drain in a strainer.

Rinse the lemon, cut in half and squeeze the juice from each half. If there is no special juicer, use a knife or fork.

Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit as well, but unlike the lemon, save the pulp.

Divide the pineapple in half, and then again in half. Take the quarter you need for cooking, peel and cut into cubes.

Step 2: mix everything in a blender.


Transfer the pineapple slices into a blender.

Add the juice and pulp of grapefruit.

Add the prepared raspberries and lemon juice, and also put honey and a few ice cubes.

Close the blender with a lid and beat well until the cocktail becomes a homogeneous, liquid consistency. Try it if sour, add more honey.

Step 3: Serve a smoothie with pineapple, raspberries and grapefruit.


Serve smoothies with pineapple, raspberries and grapefruit immediately after preparation. Pour into glasses, insert a straw and enjoy a healthy cool cocktail of fruits and berries. Just do not drink it on an empty stomach, it is better to freshen up after lunch or breakfast.
