Fritters with nutella

Ingredients

  1. Egg 1 pc.
  2. Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
  3. Milk 1.5 tbsp.
  4. Vegetable oil 0.25 tbsp. + for frying
  5. Powdered Sugar 3 tbsp
  6. Baking powder for the test 1 tbsp.
  7. Nutella 6 teaspoons

Inventory:

Cooking:

Step 1: Freeze Nutella.


Put the nutella in thin circles on baking parchment. One “pancake” takes 1 teaspoon of pasta.

Freeze Nutella by sending it to the freezer on 30 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the dough.


Combine flour with butter, milk, baking powder, egg and powdered sugar.

Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth, breaking all the lumps. Leave the dough to stand 5 minutes.

Step 3: prepare fritters with nutella.


Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil, put a little dough, wait until it seizes and put on top a circle of frozen nutella, immediately fill it with dough on top. The pancakes should be slightly larger in diameter than the pancake of the frozen nutella. Fry until golden brown on all sides.

Step 4: serve fritters with nutella.


Serve hot fritters with nutella so that the filling is soft, viscous. This is delicious! It can be served with sour cream or with sweet and sour berry jam.
