Take all dried fruits (I have cranberries, dark and light raisins) to your taste, thoroughly rinse and sort out so that there are no spoiled berries and extraneous garbage. Dry with a towel.

Remove the zest from one orange.

Beat soft butter until fluffy, add eggs and a tablespoon of honey one at a time.

Sift flour, mix with baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, take spices to your taste.

Pour half the flour into the oil mass and mix until smooth.

The second half of the flour is mixed with dried fruits and orange zest so that each berry is in the flour, so they will not settle when baking to the bottom.

I have a 18 cm ring. Lubricate with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough and level it with a wet spoon, so the surface will be smoother.

We bake in an oven preheated to 160С for 1 hour 15-30 minutes, if necessary, cover with foil after an hour so that the top does not burn.

The fruit cake is ready, you can make the icing on top, like in Kulich, or just cut into slices and enjoy.) If you soak the fruit cake with alcohol, rum or cognac, it can be stored for a very long time. I wish you bon appetit!)
