Quail Egg Cupcakes

Ingredients

  1. Flour 1.5 cups
  2. Sausage (small) 1 pc.
  3. Canned corn 0.5 cups
  4. Green onion 1 bunch + for decoration
  5. 2 eggs
  6. Milk 0.5 cups
  7. Vegetable oil 0.5 cups
  8. Baking powder for dough 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Marjoram 1 tsp
  12. Quail eggs 12 pcs.

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.


Boil quail eggs until cooked, refrigerate and peel.

Step 2: prepare the filling.


Dice the sausage into small cubes. Finely chop the green onions.

Step 3: knead the dough.


In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, add milk, vegetable oil, flour, salt, pepper and marjoram, as well as a baking powder for the dough. Mix the dough with a mixer until smooth.

Add corn, green onions and sausage to the finished dough. Mix well again.

Step 4: bake muffins with quail eggs.


Fill the cupcake dough and place a quail egg on top of each.
Bake in preheated until 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
Let the cupcakes cool, then remove them from the pan and serve.
