Lean Chocolate Cupcake on the Water


  1. flour 250 gr
  2. warm water 250 gr
  3. sugar 150 gr
  4. vegetable oil 50 ml
  5. cocoa 3 tbsp
  6. powdered sugar 2 tbsp
  7. vinegar 9% 1 tsp
  8. instant coffee 1 tsp
  9. baking powder for dough 0.5 tsp

Cooking method:

In a deep bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder for the dough.

In another bowl, mix vegetable oil and 9% vinegar. Shuffle.

Add warm water and coffee. Stir to dissolve the coffee.

Pour the liquid ingredients to dry and mix everything until smooth.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil and fill the dough.

Send the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

When the chocolate lean muffin has cooled, remove it from the mold and garnish with icing sugar. Have a nice tea party!
