  1. Butter 110 gr
  2. Sugar 150 gr
  3. 4 eggs
  4. Milk 50 ml.
  5. Almond flour 80 gr
  6. Wheat flour 200 gr
  7. Baking powder for dough 1 tsp

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Soften butter at room temperature so that it becomes soft. Then mix it with sugar until lush cream.
Now add the eggs one at a time, stirring the mass properly after each.
After the eggs, add milk and almond extract.

Sift the wheat flour with baking powder and add it to the dough. Stir well with a whisk.
Sprinkle almond flour and mix thoroughly. The dough should turn out to be quite liquid, but uniform.

Prepare the waffles in an electric waffle maker according to the instructions.
