Whip Up Cake Recipe


For the pie:

  2. kefir 250 ml
  3. sugar 200 gr (1 cup);
  4. chicken eggs 2
  5. vegetable oil 100 ml
  6. soda 1 tsp

For chocolate:

  1. chocolate 40 gr
  2. sour cream 2 tbsp
  3. sugar 2 tbsp
  4. butter 25 gr

Cooking method:

1. Beat eggs with sugar.

2. Add kefir and soda. Then vegetable oil and flour. Whisk thoroughly.

3. Grease a cooking pot for a multicooker or oven with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the mold.

4. Bake in a slow cooker for 55 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees or in the oven for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

5. While the cake is baking, make chocolate. To do this, in a saucepan, mix sugar, chocolate, sour cream and butter. Simmer, stirring occasionally. When the chocolate boils, cook it for 11-12 minutes.
Allow to cool.

6. Brush the finished cooled cake with chocolate and decorate with chopped nuts.
