Ingredients
- Beef 500 gr
- Potato 4 average
- Carrots 2 average
- 3 celery stalks
- Onion 1 is great.
- Garlic 3 cloves
- 1/2 breadcrumbs
- Grated hard cheese 1/2 cup
- Egg 1 pc.
- Olive oil to taste
- Chicken broth 1.5 l
- Sterilized tomatoes 1 l can
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Dry Italian herbs to taste
- Worcester 1 tsp
- Bay leaf to taste
- Parsley to taste

Cooking:
Add ground beef, pepper, add Italian herbs, breadcrumbs, cheese, and an egg. Mix well. We form meatballs. In a pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil and fry the meatballs. Take out the meatballs and fry the chopped vegetables in the pan. Add chopped garlic and fry for another minute.
Pour in the broth. Add bay leaf, Worcester sauce, Italian herbs, chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cover with a lid, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Add meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
