Inventory:

plates, spoons, frying pan, knife, parchment for baking

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the filling.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, grated cheese, onions, sesame, salt, pepper and half an egg yolk (first separate the yolk from the protein, then beat the yolk and pour the half into the filling).

Step 2: stuff the olives.

Make a side incision on the olive to insert the filling prepared in the previous step.

Step 3: cover the olives with a breading.

Take three plates, pour flour in one, bread crumbs in another and the remaining egg (protein with yolk together) and milk in the third, mix.
Parchment baking sheet on a baking tray or just lay on the countertop.
Roll the stuffed olive in flour, giving it a more accurate shape. Then dip in a mixture of eggs and milk, and then in breadcrumbs. And again in the egg, and then in the breading.
After putting the olives on parchment.

Step 4: fry the stuffed olives with crisp.

Heat a large amount of vegetable oil in a pan (so that the olives bathe in it) and dip the stuffed olives into it. Fry for 2 minutes, then remove using a spoon or slotted spoon.

Step 5: Serve Stuffed Crispy Olives.

Serve the stuffed olives with a crisp. Put them on skewers, diluting with cherry tomatoes.
Enjoy your meal!
