  1. Chicken fillet 2 pcs
  2. Wheat groats 1/2 cup
  3. Tomatoes 2 pcs medium
  4. Pitted olives 5-6 pcs.
  5. Feta cheese 80 gr
  6. Oregano to taste
  7. Garlic 1 clove
  8. 1/4 lemon zest to taste
  9. Vegetable oil to taste
  10. salt to taste
  11. black pepper to taste
  12. Lettuce leaves. taste
  13. Parsley 1 beam.

Step 2: Stuffing.

Boil wheat groats in salted water. Add vegetable oil, pepper, oregano, lemon zest, chopped tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.

Step 3: Filet.

Divide the chicken into halves, cover on both sides with cling film and beat. Divide the wheat groats into 4 parts and distribute between the chicken fillet. Roll the fillet into rolls and secure with toothpicks.

Step 4: Roast.

Grease the stewpan with vegetable oil, put the fillet. Grease the fillet on top with vegetable oil, bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 C for 60 minutes.

Step 5: Serve.

Put on plates, remove toothpicks, add lettuce to the plate.
