  1. Chicken fillet 1 piece

Salsa

  1. Tomatoes 3 pieces
  2. Onion 1 piece
  3. Garlic 1 clove
  4. Green chili pepper 1 piece
  5. Parsley or cilantro to taste
  6. Lemon juice with 1-2 lemons
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste

Inventory:

Frying pan, plate, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: pickle the chicken.


Wash, dry and chop the chicken into small cubes.
Mix soy sauce with salt and pepper (only a little bit of salt, because it is enough in soy sauce), pour this marinade to the chicken, mix the meat in it and leave it on 30 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the salsa sauce.


When preparing salsa, keep in mind that she needs to stand at least 1 hour in the cold so that the aromas and tastes are mixed together.
To prepare the sauce, cut the tomatoes and onions into very small cubes, add chopped herbs and garlic to them. Pour on top with lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix. Take away to insist in the refrigerator.

Step 3: prepare the filling.


Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and toss the marinated chicken into it. Cook for 10 minutesstirring.
Add dried beans and corn to the pan. Stir and cook everything together yet 3-4 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add finely chopped onions, bell pepper, avocado, lettuce and salsa sauce. Shuffle.
Add more salt and pepper, if necessary.

Step 4: wrap a burrito.


Heat the tortilla in a dry frying pan, just to make it warm, then fold the filling into it and wrap in a way that suits you best. That's it, the burrito is ready!

Step 5: serve the burrito.


Serve the burrito on a plate or wrapping it with paper foil so that the filling does not fall out from the other end. Serve as a hearty snack or even lunch. The most delicious burrito is warm, immediately after cooking.
