Sandwich Egg Salad

Ingredients

  1. Eggs (boiled) 5-6 pieces
  2. Tomatoes 2 pieces
  3. Ham 4-5 slices
  4. Parsley 1 bunch
  5. Onion 1/2 pieces
  6. Mayonnaise to taste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Ham, Tomato, Eggs

Inventory:

Plate, knife, board

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the ingredients.


Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes, crush the ham with the same cubes.

Then finely chop the tomatoes and parsley.

Add and chopped onions.

Step 2: season the salad.


Add mayonnaise to taste (you can mix it with sour cream), salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
If you have time, let the salad brew a little in the refrigerator.

Step 3: serve egg salad for sandwiches.


Egg salad can be served as a salad, or you can put it on a piece of bread. Delicious!

Recipe Tips:

- If you do not like the bitterness of onions, chop it, pour boiling water, then drain the water, slightly squeeze the onion from the remaining moisture and add to the salad.
