"Green sausage" and how to eat it right


  1. Puff pastry b / d 400 g
  2. Zucchini 1 pc.
  3. Egg 1 pc.
  4. Cheese (Parmesan) 50 g
  5. Salt 0.5 tsp
  6. Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp
  7. Black pepper 0.25 tsp
  8. Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Step 1.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil and put puff pastry in it. Cut the zucchini into very thin circles. Pierce the dough with a fork over the entire surface. Put in a circle of zucchini. Sprinkle with a mixture of Provencal herbs.

Step 2

Grate Parmesan (it is best to use it in this cake) on a fine grater and cover the entire surface of the cake (so that no one would guess what is under it). Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Pizza pie with green sausage is ready. Enjoy your meal.
