Ingredients for Salt-Baked Fish
- River fish (small size) 3 pieces
- Coarse sea salt 1 kg
- White wine (dry) 200 milliliters
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Black pepper (peas) 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece

Baking dish, kitchen knife, cutting board, oven mitts, oven.
Step 1: clean the fish.
Cleanse fish from gills and entrails. Rinse well with cold water and salt on the inside. And put the fish in the refrigerator while you prepare the other ingredients.
Step 2: we stuff fish with spices.
Mix salt with wine and a slice of lemon. Mix until all the salt is wet.
Remove the fish from the refrigerator and put in each slices of lemon, bay leaves and peppercorns.
