  1. Eggplant 800 g.
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Garlic 2-3 tooth.
  4. Vegetable oil 6 tbsp
  5. Vinegar (I have apple) 6% 3 tbsp.
  6. Sugar 1 tbsp
  7. Salt 1 tbsp (no slide)
