The basic ingredients in this recipe are: oatmeal, bananas and raisins, to which I added cinnamon and coconut flakes for a special taste. Oatmeal is an excellent source of complex carbohydrates (good carbohydrates), which provide energy to the body, but also fibers that give you a feeling of satiety. The role of bananas, but also of raisins in this recipe is to sweeten biscuits, which is why you no longer need sugar or any other sweetener.

Most people feel guilty after eating cookies or various sweets full of sugar and other fake flavors from stores, but in the case of these oatmeal and banana cookies it is no longer a case of regret. They are the ideal choice to satisfy your need for sweets whenever it occurs.

Here's how you can make some delicious cookies at home without any effort!
INGREDIENTS (for 12 biscuits)
1 cup of fine oatmeal (approx. 200 gr.)
2 large bananas
2-3 tablespoons of brown or golden raisins
Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, vanilla essence or rum essence

Put the peeled bananas in a bowl and grind them with a fork until they take the shape of a puree. The easier option would be to blend the bananas with a vertical / hand blender.
