We cut the champignons into plates, and the onion into cubes.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, lightly fry the onion for 2 minutes, then add the mushrooms and fry, stirring for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the fried champignons with onions into a bowl, let cool slightly, add mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley, and rub hard cheese here. Mix thoroughly.
