Ham and cheese potato pie


  1. Cooked potatoes 300 grams

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Mash boiled potatoes with a pusher or a regular fork, turning into mashed potatoes. Add flour, egg, olive oil and salt to it. Mix well.

By the way, add flour gradually, so that in the end you get a pretty cool dough. Roll it into a ball and divide it into two approximately identical parts.

Step 2: make a cake.

Roll out one of the parts and put in a greased form. Put thin slices of ham and cheese on the dough. Roll out the second part of the dough and place it on top of the cake, carefully covering the edges.

Step 3: bake a potato pie with ham and cheese.

Bake the cake in preheated until 180-200 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
After cooking, cool the cake at room temperature for 10-20 minutes and you can serve!

Step 4: serve the potato pie with ham and cheese.

Cut the potato pie into slices and serve for lunch or afternoon snack. This is delicious! Such a pie is eaten in one sitting.
