Wash the thighs well and remove the skin from them. Season well with your favorite spices. Peel an onion, finely chop it (can be grated) and mix it with the yogurt and the egg well. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
Put baking paper in a tray and grease with a little butter. We put the potatoes in the tray, season them and place the thighs on top, over which we pour the mixed yogurt. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, then put the tray cold in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Heat the oven and insert the tray with the thighs and potatoes (you can put a few more pieces of butter on top) and let it bake until it makes a copper crust on top.
